Delay opening the right-click menu for Recycle Bin

I occasionally have problems with opening the Recycle Bin, it takes too long to bring it up from the right click shell menu.
I recently reinstalled my system. After loading Opus and restoring the settings the poblem is back (as well as 2 above mentioned issues).
It is possible I have some customization that affects the behavior but what is it?

Does turning on Preferences / Miscellaneous / Windows Integration / Hide Windows items on file context menus (shift overrides) speed things up?

Where are you right-clicking the Recycle Bin to bring up the menu?
