Deleting locked files

Hi all,

I would like to know if DOpus V9 is able to do that.
I browsed all menus and did not find such an option but perhaps I have missed it ...

Not without a 3rd party tool like Unlocker.

Be warned that you can crash other programs if you indiscriminately unlock their files (which is why Windows/Explorer/Opus/etc. don't let you do it without hacks like Unlocker). It's always better to work out which program is holding the lock (e.g. using Process Explorer or Handle.exe, both from Microsoft/SysInternals) and exit that process if possible. Sometimes you can't and that's where Unlocker can be useful, but it should be a last resort.

Yes, but the big problem is that Unlocker does not work on Vista currently...

It would be very interesting if DOpus could integrate such a feature ...

Yes, it would be great if DOpus could have a mechanism to help deleting locked files but for the moment, no matter, as Unlocker work again with Vista ...
