in the details view you implemented the ctrl+mousewheel for zooming in-out.
In a little file manager (Q-Dir) i've seen a very fine detail : when zooming in, the file's icon is replaced with a thumbnail (if available), the
thumb is also enlarged if you continue to zoom in - of course.
Do you consider to implement this, too?
No, zooming in just zooms in with the current display mode (Details, Thumbnails, etc.), it doesn't change the display mode. (Explorer does that and it has never made sense to me, personally. I don't know what Greg & Jon think about the idea, though.)
I don't like it. I want to make thumbs smaller in explorer, sometimes it switches to details. I didn't ask for details I asked for smaller thumbs. I would be if opus did this unless I could turn it off.
nobody needs to use a feature he doesn't like, where's the problem? There are many things in dopus where i think
why this? I simply do not use 'em.
On the other side i also use Q-Dir and ms explorer, because even a "blown up" manager as dopus doesn' t cover all MY likes.
ms explorer is not 1-1 . q-dir stays within ONE view, it generates thumbs within details-view, list-view,
ms explorer scrolls thru the views without generating thumbs in details-view and list-view.
You can download it here softwareok.de/?Download=Q-Dir
it's freeware.
