sirs: I purchased Document Opus 11 hours ago. I received a message from my bank saying the payment of USD 37.35 was made on 6 July 8:07 am at gp software aus.
So far, I downloaded the product as per the confirmation page. I installed and still get the warning of the trial edition expiring.
I did not receive any confirmation mail regarding the purchase.
Kindly consider this as URGENT as the product expires tomorrow.

You can also get the system to re-send your licence by entering the email address you used when purchasing into Lost Registration Retrieval, which may get it to you sooner if there was just a temporary email glitch somewhere.
