Didn't receive purchase confirmation

Hello,
I just bought v13 of DO, complete payment process - receive confirmation of payment but nothing else. There is still v12 licence in my account.
Checked spam folder (nothing there) - do I need to sent this confirmation to some email?
(I'm from Poland).

If there's still no email, you can probably still get the new certificate via the program itself. The installer and licence manager in Opus 13 should be able to see your Opus 12 certificate and request an updated version if you're entitled to it. That should get you up and running.

You could also use the Resent Receipt option on https://support.gpsoft.com.au/ to get it emailed to you again, in case something went wrong with the first email.

Unfortunately there is no mail. I installed Opus 13 and in certificate menu I only see 30day trial certificate. Resend receipt for My accout send me only v12 certificate.

I've also send an email to sales@gpsoft.com.au, of course I can send you payment confirmation from payment processor company. By the look of "description" field in payment confirmation mail - money was send to you via paypal.

It looks like your paypal order was sitting in limbo and hadn't finalised processing - I gave it a push and it seems to have gone through, so you should have your new licence now.

I am writing regarding a problem with registration and failure to deliver the key after purchasing the software. I downloaded the software, registered the 60-day version, and received a certificate. After spending some time with the program, I decided to purchase it. After purchasing and confirming payment on your website, nothing appeared, and I did not receive a key/certificate at my email address.

Strangely, after checking my account on your website Licence Manager - Directory Opus Self-Service Support,
your system claims that I am not registered, even though I have a 60-day registration key in the program settings.

You seem to have managed to link your forum account which means you must have received your purchased key at some point (the forum won't let you link with an evaluation).
