Different options for creating context menu items for files and folders

If I create a new context menu for All files, I have as choices for Type:

  1. Run an Opus function

  2. Sub-menu

If I try to do the same thing for All folders, I have as choices for Type:

  1. Run an application (suported in Opus and Explorer

  2. DDE command (Supported in Opus and Explorer

  3. Run an Opus function (not supported in Explorer)

  4. Sub-menu (Not supported in Explorer)

Why the difference?

Explorer has no concept of an All Files type, so it wouldn't make sense to let you add things to it that worked in Explorer, as Explorer won't see them.
