Different START MENU folder handling

I have noticed a "problem" when right clicking a system start menu folder like START or ACCESSORIES. It displays the small explorer context menu while other folders in the menu display the full context menu with the OPEN IN DOPOUS at the top.

I am currently using the 9.5.5.1 beta and do not honestly remember if this was a problem on the prior final.

I have the recommended setting on for open all system folders.

WIN7 64bit.

That is due to Windows 7's start menu displaying different menus for certain entries. I think it's ones in All Users vs ones in your profile, or something similar. Whatever it is, it's not Opus's doing.
