Different values listed under the built in alias, dopusdata on two Win 10 computers. Why?

In Preferences - Frequently Used Paths - Folder Aliases, different values are listed under the built in alias, dopusdata on two Win 10 computers.

In a Dell desktop, it is listed as C:\Users\LocalDell\AppData\Roaming\GPSoftware\Directory Opus

In an HP laptop, it is listed as C:\ProgramData\GPSoftware\Directory Opus. dopusglobaldata has this same value. Why isn't the same as the desktop which I think has the correct path?

The laptop was probably changed to a shared configuration. You can change it back here in the Preferences window:
