“Dimensions” column for .ts videos works on one PC but not another

Directory Opus doesn't display anything in the “Dimensions” column for .ts video files on my desktop PC. However, on my laptop, data is shown in the “Dimensions” column.

My PC and laptop are both running Directory Opus v12.6.1 BETA [x64]

“Dimensions” information is shown for other video types (.mp4, .mkv, .avi, etc.) Is there a setting I might have changed/disabled somewhere? Thank you.

Most likely the two machines have different video codecs/splitters installed.
