Hello Leo,

Explorer ask me witch app i want to open the file.

i love Directory Opus 12

so i use it to listen music, but i mix music with Mixmeister Studio (http://www.mixmeister.com/)
Mixmeister creaats to changes files a File nameofsong.mxm

so wen i listen music *.mp3 etc. and a mxm file ist in the list crashes
i will dont open mxm files with 2x klick, mxm i open only in MixMeister

when DO12 not crashes when i come over a mxm file were cool

klick on a mxm file DO 12.19 crasches and
i start DO 12 new create a 2. logfile, but i can not
upload the file,

then comes a hint

Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorized (authorized extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, txt, zip, rar, 7z, tar, tgz, gz, dcf, dlt, dis, dop, ocb, orp, osp, c, cpp, h, hpp, mp4).-

can you say me where i send the file ?

The FAQ tells you where to email it to (crashdumps@gpsoft.com.au). If you zip it it will be smaller.

Hello Jon

this is the dumpfile.zip packed with zip, i can not send per email
too big for my Provider ca. 80 MB
so i have you send a dropboxlink via email

It looks like Opus crashed and then you restarted it and manually generated snapshots of the process while it was running normally. Those won't tell us anything about the crash, unfortunately.

If you are seeing your screenshot above then there should be automatically generated crash logs in your temp folder. Those are the files we need.

Type %TEMP%\DOpus.Minidumps into the path field in Opus (or File Explorer) and it should take you to where the logs are.
