Directory Opus 12.30 Update dont will get

On my Sytem is Directory Opus installed in Version 12.29.
The Software tell me there ist an Update 12.30 avaiable.
In the Window will be shown Update will download....
After more hours there will be shown too downloading????

Usually means there's a network, firewall or antivirus issue preventing Opus from downloading the installer.

You can download the same installer via our website using the links at the top of the page or via the release notes on the forum or linked in the updater.

Firewall and Bitdefener AntiVirus are it the Problem.
Dont know?!
I have downloaded the Update from Website.
