Directory Opus doesn't work, Can't Navigate.

Try disabling any scripts you have installed (or at least, any you installed or modified recently).

There is Only One Script from dear @lxp I have installed.
OK Now I disable that script
After apply nothing changed, I can't navigate. I have tried to restart DOpus, So I exit DOpus from the menu but now I can't Run again via desktop shortcut or Taskbar or rightclick >> Open

Try disabling your antivirus maybe.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling with just using the standard settings. This would see if it is something you have done in either the settings or theme.
