DIRECTORY OPUS 9 LISTER MENU with icons V1.0

The default menus which ship with Opus don't have any icons defined
for their items. This is the Default Lister Menu, but with icons!
My Lister Menu doesn't show icons for Sub-Menu Items by default,
but when you select Image State -> ON, those icons will also appear.
