It started locking up and I have to use the Task Manager to "End Task." I have downloaded, uninstalled, rebooted, and done a fresh install of the 64bit Directory Opus. The first time it will run fine. Then back to locking up when I start it. Open for help.

Which guide is most suitable depends on what you're doing when the lock-up happens. Your best bet is to look at the the two Crash, exit or high CPU usage when... guides first.
