Title: DNG Panorama thumbnails not generating / Showing blank icons Body: Hello, I am experiencing an issue where thumbnails are not generating for panorama photos saved in DNG format. These panorama files are synthesized from multiple shot photos, so the file size and pixel dimensions are quite large. While standard DNG files contain embedded thumbnails, Directory Opus fails to display thumbnails for these specific large DNG panorama files and shows default file icons instead. I would like to ask a few questions regarding this issue: Size/Resolution Limits: Is Directory Opus currently performing background processing/rendering for large DNG files? Or is there an internal setting/limit that prevents thumbnail generation for images exceeding a certain file size or pixel resolution? Codec Requirement: Does Directory Opus rely on external Windows codecs (such as Adobe DNG Codec or FastPictureViewer Codec) to process large DNG thumbnails, or does it process them entirely natively? Known Issues & Settings: Is there a specific configuration in Preferences / Viewer / Thumbnails (or File Tags/Plugins) that needs to be tweaked to force thumbnail generation for large DNG images? If needed for testing or debugging, I am more than happy to provide a sample DNG panorama file. Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Here are the sample panorama files uploaded to Google Drive: [https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1zwcw8rG21MndHyBMpmqojxg89OAA6YVu?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1zwcw8rG21MndHyBMpmqojxg89OAA6YVu?usp=sharing) I have uploaded 4 DNG files for comparison: 20251120\_Panorama\_001 500px.dng: This is a significantly resized DNG file (500x131). The thumbnail for this small file generates and displays properly in Directory Opus, likely due to its smaller dimensions. Other 3 Large DNG Files: These files have much larger dimensions (around 20,000 pixels or more on the long side). Their thumbnails fail to display in Directory Opus and only show blank icons. Interestingly, other applications like Adobe Bridge, as well as the Google Drive web preview, are able to render and display thumbnails for all of these large DNG files without any issues.
