Suddenly this splendid and indispensable program does not work ; I uninstalled , reinstalled several times ; the new lister opens and after a little while closes and I cannot use the program at all ; please help ; I must add that I am working under windows 10 pro up to date ;I will give you all details necessary ; please help !

This seems to be part of Daemon Tools. Maybe try uninstalling that and see if it solves the problem.

The Deamon Tools shell extension was causing crashes for at least one other person, who found they went away after it was uninstalled:
Well you are absolute specialists : the problem indeed came from Daemon Tolls I made the mistake to make .zip for DO the default opener and then did almost the same for Daemon Tools hence the conflict ; You solved that Many grateful thanks
