the 1st one is what Filezilla works,it does show the Chinese file names.
the 2nd one is what DO 9 works. it does not show the Chinese file names.

Going to the main issue, Opus 9.0.0.8 was supposed to add Unicode FTP support. To work out why the server in question isn't working we'd need more details. Is it a server that can be accessed publically? Can you show us the FTP log (Tools->Output Window->FTP) you see when connecting to that server?
