# DO and Acrotay

Greetings:

As of today, my DO opens Acrotray (this is normal), but it now either or makes any operation in DO take ages, or makes it totally crash.

When I close Acrotray under DO in Task Manager, all works well, until the damn thing reactivates, which is darn fast (I get about a minute of errorless operating DO, then Acrotray fires up again, messing up DO).

What can I do about this, please?

What is Acrotray? I can find very little real information about it, other than that it causes various problems in various software and a lot of people disable it as a result.

If Opus crashes, you can [send us the DMP files](https://resource.dopus.com/t/crash-dumps-for-bug-reports/8861/1) for investigation. Although they may just indicate that Acrotray was responsible.
