When "Enable label storage in the file system" is enable, we can "Assign label to folder/file" in Prefs.
New labels are add in the labels list. But if you close Prefs and reopen it, labels are disapear.
How can I have list of files/folders with labels stored in file system ?
How I can edit created labels ?
There's a bug in the current beta where that may happen if you add the label using the Properties button while the Preferences dialog is also open. Maybe that's what you're seeing. We'll be fixing that. For now, don't set labels using the button while the Prefs dialog is open.
Using the Find panel, or similar. Labels stored in the filesystem aren't (meant to be) stored in the Opus configuration, which is what the Preferences dialog shows. The only way to find them is to look in the file system.
Note that labels can be stored in both places at once (e.g. by changing the Preferences setting for where they are stored, then making more labels; or by using a button with a command that overrides the default), with some labels in the config and some in the filesystem. And Opus won't (and isn't meant to) automatically convert labels from one storage method to the other.

This is by design, simply to provide some visual feedback that the action was successful. Opus doesn't keep track of files labelled in the file system.
