DO12 - Find empty strings

Opus 12.0.5[quote]In standard pattern matching, ~* ("not anything") will now match an empty string.[/quote]
In folder, I have files with and without descriptions.
In Advanced search panel, I search in Description > Match > ~* (Use wildcards) but nothing is found. And with No match, all files are found.
Normal ?

I think there is problem with Owner field too (I want to find folder without owner : Owner > Match > ~* (Use wildcards) find nothing).
