My beta certificate has expired but when I apply for a new one, no email is sent. I've checked my spam folder. I tried twice last night and once this morning.
Is the system for sending out certificates down, or am I doing something wrong? I have a valid 11 licence.
Please email sales@ with details of the email address & Opus 11 reg code used, and they should be able to look into what happened or forward the cert via direct email.
Thanks - I did contact sales, but I've since discovered that my ISP has messed up and no emails have been reaching me, including any reply that sales may have sent. So I need to sort out the mess at my end; apologies to your sales department if they're expecting a reply from me. Once I'm up and running again I'll re-try the automated system.
