DO9 Cosmetic Issue: Add to ZIP File dialogue

Just a(nother) minor DO9 cosmetic issue - when opening the "Add to ZIP File" dialogue, the section heading of "Compression Level" appears twice. I assume the second header should be something to do with setting the password (so "File Encryptions" etc), which is the section it appears above.
