For few of my folders I don't want manual sort to be turned on automatically,it always enables manual sort automatically upon opening that folders.I have manual sort toggle button on toolbar
Manual Sort doesn't turn itself on, and is off everywhere by default.
You've presumably turned on Manual Sort in some/all of your Folder Formats. You can apply different formats to different folders if you want them to use different sorting options. Preferences / Folders / Formats.
