OK jon I follow your recommandation and change to 11 beta 1
No change in the manage of the RAR files.
I've tried WINRAR directly and no problem so I think it was in DOPUS the problem.
Just fot trying I remove the new 11 and put again a 10 in, and RAR works without probs.
Go back to 11 crash... (just for the RAR of course).
If you have any suggestions?? You welcome.

There was more to the suggestion/email than just changing to beta 1.
After installing beta 1, you need to go to Preferences / Zip & Other Archives / Archive and VFS Plugins, then select RAR, click Configure, and turn off Use UnRar.dll instead of 7z.dll for decompression.

What's the CPU in the machine that had problems with unrar.dll? I'm starting to wonder if there may be an issue with particular CPUs (e.g. old AMD ones lacking SSE2 support) after some things I have read about unrar.dll causing problems for other products.
MMM I used a TOSHIBA QOSMIO X core 7 Quadcore.
8 GB RAM.
I've used now 11 from Yesterday wihtout prob,
By the way DOPUS was a very good software with a lot very fine settings.
