DOpus 13 hanging on startup

Hi, I'm currently having an issue with the main DOpus window freezing indefinitely on startup, if I fully close it down and restart it freezes again at the same point. Is there any useful info I can get for you?

When force restarting the application through the unresponsive window popup it does say send crash information to microsoft, I don't know if you have any way to access that?

I have saved a minidump file from Visual Studio of the dopus application in it's frozen state, what's the best way to send it to you, I don't want to share it publicly

This usually indicates a faulty ram or not enough ram in your system. How many things load up at startup? I used to have that with a 7 year old pc till I upgraded.

I would not assume a hardware fault unless it was affecting everything. Nothing so far points in that direction.
