I'm thinking of buying Dopus but I would like to know if its possible to run it on my PC and my Laptop on the same license. (Planning on buying Light Single license because its $100 for 2 light licenses)

Also does "Windows Explorer replacement" that is not included in the light license mean commands like Win + E wont open dopus?

The standard Pro licence lets you do that, but the Light licence is a single machine only. And yes, Light does not support Win + E or Explorer replacement.
