Dopus 9 and Vista Search, anyway to intergrate the two?

Any field I can add to a toolbar that will access Vista's new Search feature ?

Not at the moment but I think integration with Vista's new search features is on the list to be looked at. There wasn't enough time to do it for 9.0.

I found a workaround for this sorta. When you right click any folder in dopus it brings up the vista context menu with Search... in the menu. Click that and the vista search dialog pops open.

I don't care to use VISTA's Search. I just want to be able to use DO9 like I did before. I want to be able to right click a folder and say search and find files using Directory OPUS! I do not seem to be able to do that anymore. Is there a way to search inside OPUS?

I bind the F3 hotkey in Customize - Keys to this command:

Set UTILITY=Find,Toggle

Which opens the Find Utility panel for a search in the current folder.

If you want the separate Find dialog, instead of the Find utility panel, then you can put this into the All Folders file-type's Context Menu:

Find IN {filepath}

That gives you an item which does what the Find / Search items did in the past.

Personally, I prefer the utility panel and Ken's suggestion but some people like the dialog better.
