is it possible to show the plain xp style icons with the little +sign in front of folders in vista ultimate? (instead of the default triangle icon vista uses)
To my knowledge there is not. The Folder Tree comes form Vista. It would have to be changed in Vista, and I don't think that's possible. I also prefer the + and - icons myself.

I thought that setting only turned on the vertical lines. (I can hear Jon now saying something about the word "assume".)
