Dopus eating up data throughput

I've been trying to figure out why I'm using up so much internet data, exceeding my limit for the first time ever. It's dopus.

Are you using the FTP/SFTP client inside Opus? Or accessing network drives or cloud storage with it?

Those are the only ways Opus itself would normally use a significant amount of bandwidth, and they only happen when you tell it to do so.

(Shell extensions something has installed could also be responsible, in theory, and would be attributed to whichever process they were running inside.)

Beyond that, the largest bandwidth use by Opus would be downloading updates, but those would not total anything like a TB in 30 days.
