We noticed when opening files that i get sent via skpye that the Open file is ok and opens in DOpus but Show in folder goes back to windows explorer.
Can this be changed anyway.

Skype is probably calling the open verb instead of the default (null) verb on the folders. If so it's something Skype needs to fix.
The default verb is not necessarily "open":
