It seems that "Position under mouse cursor is not working" setting is not working at all to me. I've got 2 monitors and would like to open Opus at the monitor I double-click. It opens at the position to which it was closed instead. Any ideas? 
Thanks Alan. You led me on to the right option screen. However, that option didn't help, but the "Position" option did. With the options as below it's working exactly as I wanted.
