Downgrading from 12 to 11

registered paid user of 11; tried 12 trial but decided to remain with 12; how do i return to 11?

If you made a config backup in Opus 11 before trying Opus 12 (or if you want to reset to the Opus 11 default config):

  • Uninstall Opus 12, then reboot as instructed at the end.
  • Install Opus 11, your Opus 11 certificate, and restore config backup.

If you didn't make a config backup (and want to keep what you have in Opus 12):

  • Install Opus 11 over the top of 12, then install your Opus 11 certificate.
  • Some Preferences settings may not be preserved since Opus 11 may not understand all settings saved by a version from the future.
