Download error when trying to download, extract burn CD/DVD

I have just installed the latest 64-bit version of DOpus 10.2 and every time I try to either download a file, extract a file or burn a disc at the same time as I download a second file I get an error message.

If I try to download 2 files at the same time, the first file will stop downloading (Opus message: Download Error).

If I try to download a single file while extracting another file, the extraction will stop just as the downloaded file transfers to disc (Opus message: Write error, probably the disk is full).

The error message also appears if I download a file while burning a CD or DVD, the burn process is halted at the point the file has finished downloading and is transferred to disc.

Question: Could this be something to do with the copy buffer size which is currently set to 1MB?

Hope someone can help and thanks in-advance for any replies

Are you doing all those things using Opus (downloading from an FTP site or something?), or do you mean you're downloading files from a web browser or something else?

If you're downloading via FTP in Opus, what does the FTP log say when the error happens?

Is your temp directory full? That's about the only connection I can think of between the three things you have described.

I download files with Google Chrome to a NAS drive, the only reason I thought it might be Dopus is because the problem only started after upgrading from version 9 to 10 and I thought that Dopus must have some control over file downloads, file extractions and CD/DVD burns.

What do you think, should I be looking at Google Chrome for the problem?

If you're downloading files through your web browser then Opus has nothing to do with this. Maybe look at any chrome extensions you have installed or your virus checker, etc.
