Is your system in mixed-DPI mode? (Multiple monitors, not all at the same DPI.) We have a few recent reports that seem to indicate Windows (or something involved) changed recently in a way that has broken drag & drop between things when in that mode.
(Going back to older versions of Opus doesn't fix things, which implies the problem has started because of a change to something else.)
