Thanks! That rules out issues with NAS devices and similar.

If it's something you can make happen fairly reliably, it might be worth running through the debug steps in [Changes to folders are not always detected](https://resource.dopus.com/t/changes-to-folders-are-not-being-detected/1786/1) to see which change events Opus is seeing. That could shed light on what's happening.
