Is it possible to simulate Vista's Explorer behavior where you have a toolbar with some locations and you can drag folders etc there?
Let's say that I'm browsing my HDD contents and notice a directory I'd like to open again at a later point so I store it in my "favorite locations" toolbar. Is this possible with DOpus toolbars? I've already made a "favorite" toolbar but dragging anything there from folder lists won't work.
You can drag folders to toolbars but only when in Customize mode.
You can also use a collection to store the folders, or move the Add To Favourites button to your toolbar so it's more convenient to click. (You could also set it not to prompt you at all so you just click once and the current folder is added to the favourites for later, a bit like Firefox 3.)
You could also simply use a tab pointing to that directory. If you save this as the default lister, it will always show after Opus is launched.
Additionaly you can lock it, so it will revert to that dir when changing tabs.
