Dropdown Saved Filters?

Is it possible to Create a Dropdown / Menu item of Saved Filters in DOpus ? That are applied to the current directory when selected.

Thanks (and apologies if this has been asked before - i did search but didn't find any matches)

Just to clarify i would want this on the main toolbar - i realise advanced filters are available from the Find Panel.

You bet. Put Opus into customize mode, add a new menu, then add buttons to that menu which are configured somewhat like the one shown below. You can have menus inside of menus to organize your filters into groups as well. For example the one below I have in a second level menu called "Documents."

John,

Thanks for that mate - am using my filter menu now. Is there anyway you know to do a similair thing for recursive searches ?

This pic is disappeared just for me or others too?

The pic seems fine. Firefox does that when it hasn't loaded the image yet or when it can't load/decode the image. Try refreshing or clearing your cache and refreshing.

You can automate searches using the Find command.

Something like this, I guess:

Find IN {sourcepath$} FILTER NAME="name of your filter" CLEAR RECURSE QUIET SHOWRESULTS=tab

Leo,

Perfect mate, exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks mate.
