Duplicate File Finding Problem Yet Again

Hello!

I am currently on Dopus 12 (pro) and I am somehow unable to find duplicates only in one specific folder. Dopus is unable to do so for a folders. I have tried broadening the search to the entire drive and it works but it is still not listing duplicate files within the folder in the drive.

Is there something I am missing?

I have even tried changing the location of the folders and the problem is still the same.

We need more details to help. Can you show some examples of how the utility panel is configured to search, and some pairs of files you expect it to consider duplicates but which it doesn't match?

Are the files really duplicates according to the search criteria?
