Dynamically update the label content of buttons?

I know this great software through search engine, but there is a problem that hinders my further use

How to use scripts to dynamically update the label content of buttons? I want to use this feature to display the branch name of the current git repository folder

I know how to use @icon to dynamically change the icon, but I didn't find the corresponding solution to change the label

Changing labels dynamically is not possible currently, but it's definitely something we're considering for a future version.
