Over the past several days, I've been getting a lot of the following Error Dialog:
Directory Opus has encountered a program error.
The error (0xC0000094) Occurred in thread 'dopus_lister' at address 0X00007ffd5b878c31. Then whether I choose to terminate the thread or not, the program stops. The Windows File Manager is still OK and all other programs seem fine - any suggestions as to how to resolve the problem will be most appreciated.
Please see if any crash logs were created and if so send them to us via the following instructions:
I have since determined that the error is related to a USB hard drive, as the error only occurs when the computer is booted up with the drive plugged in. If I boot the computer, start Directory Opus and then plug in the USB drive, I have no problem.
It may still be something we can fix, if you send us the crash logs.
