Every time I try to install, I get a -5001 error message. I've tried rebooting, reinstalling several times.
What does it say when you click Detail?
This is strange as it is on an almost clean copy of Windows 10, Win7 updated to win10 yesterday.

After trying various things and reading through Google, I tried what I should have done much earlier - redownloaded the file, and this time it worked.
