I was performing a search using the Find Panel and directed the results to the Destination -- which turned out to be a locked tab. It crashed Opus, and I've tried it a few times with the same result. If I unlock the tab there's no problem.
The easy fix is to be smart enough not to direct my output to a locked tab 
, but if someone could confirm the bug I'll submit it.
