One of the things I really like about Evaluator is the As() function, because it lets you format many things without having to write a lot of code yourself.
Could you please consider porting that function to StringTools() so that it's also available via scripting? Currently, you need to use some workarounds to do that kind of stuff.

Javascript can concatenate strings natively, why would you need a function to do it?
I don't know JavaScript. 
VBScript can do the same.
If you don’t know that either, it’s strange that you’re asking for functions to be added to the scripting API for JScript and VBScript.
