The new expand folders modifiers keys is cool, thanks for that.
Could you create pins for expanded branches, like the folder tree. So that you can have “remember state” turned off by default but create some exceptions to that rule by pinning expanded branches, so they are always open or closed when entering the parent folder.
Or would be cool to have a folder format > expanded pinned section where you can configure always expanded folders per path folder formats. There could be permanent pins and temp pins and a checkbox to remember temp pins or not, per path format.
