Isn't this supposed to work along with extraction? It does not work for me. 
It leaves the files with R attribute...

It only applies when copying from CDs/DVDs.
I just checked in the manual so obviously it's this way by design... It's not a big deal to me, but it seems to me that it's not too much work to enable this option for any type of copying?
