at the bottom of my Favourites Menu, "Open in tabs" appears twice.
How can I fix this?

By default the Favorites menu displays items at the bottom of each list of favorites folders to open those folders as a group in individual tabs.
If you specify the NOOPENINTABS option then these items are not displayed. When you are in Customize mode, you could click Favorites ->
right click 'Favorite Locations' -> edit and change the buttoncode to: Favorites SHOWICONS NOOPENINTABS
You're probably seeing it once at the bottom of the Favorites list and again at the bottom of the Smart Favorites list (which mght be empty if Smart Favorites are disabled).
You can either add the NOOPENINTABS argument that Christiaan mentions or completely delete the Smart Favorites item if you don't want/use them.
