Have the devs ever considered setting up some sort of feature tracker? There are a lot of open requests out there, and it would be great to know what's being worked on right now, what is being considered for possible future development, and what has been written off as a definite "no".
I've seen leo and others reply to requests saying "we'll add it to the list". Well let's see the list!
You can even put a big fat disclaimer on it saying you make no promises adn you reserve the right to change your mind at any time
No, it would be a lot of work for us to maintain as a public resource which would really only duplicate the purpose of the forum (which we already devote a significant amount of our work and free time to), while providing competitors an easier list of ideas, and giving you some trivia to browse through which might be entertaining but would not change the end result that we produce.
The forum already provides a way to submit, find and discuss ideas. We can improve the program more by working on the program instead of metawork.
Fair enough. Thanks for taking the time to respond, leo!
