File filter field, default settings?

Hello, wondering if someone might be able to help me out a little here..? The thing is, I find myself using the "file filter field" all the time, and while very useful, it's getting a bit annoying having to turn on the "Filter in real-time" setting every single time I open a new lister. This brings me to my question, is there any way to enable this setting by default? I've looked around, but can't really seem to find any way of setting this as default.

Just in case you're having problems understanding what setting I'm talking about, I've attached a screenshot.

Simply edit the filter field button in customize mode and enter "realtime" as an argument to the command (see attached screenshot).

Thank you very much for your help Alan, it's much appreciated! You have no idea how long I've looked around the settings dialogue for that thing :laughing:

There are arguments for the other options, as well. For example, you can make it default to filter only Files, rather than Files and Folders.
