First of all, awesome work on Dopus, it's simply the most elegant, customizable, and powerful File Manager I've ever seen so far. Please keep up the wondeful work .
Now, If I add a "File Filter Field" to the toolbar, and check the option "Filter in Real Time" to parialy mimic the search box in Vista Explorer, it works OK, but if I close the lister and then open it, the option is gone, and I have to enable it each time.
Is there anyway to keep this option enabled by default?
Also, if I click "Clear Filters" or "Clear History", there is no effect, i.e. nothing is cleared.
BTW, there is a small bug in the "Print Folder" dialog. If you click the "Edit..." button and close the opened dialog, now you can resize the "Print Folder" dialog freely as in image below.
The Clear Filter/History buttons work okay for me, except in the new View Filter mode. (Ken's already raised a bug report about that.) Did you also try them when it was in that mode?
Good catch with the Print Folder resize thing. I've confirmed that it happens here and sent a report to GPSoft so it will be fixed.

Nice FAQ, I followed the example you showed opting for "files,folders,realtime" as args to work in "Files and Folders" mode + Real Time, but it always defaults to "Files only" mode!!!!!!
so, I just opted for"realtime" as arg and let DO use its default of "Files and Folders"
The "Clear Filters" works OK (sorry), but the "Clear History" never clears my history (in both "Files and Folders" & "View Filter" modes).
You're right about files,folders. If you want both you shouldn't specify either as files & folders is the default and asking for files,folders doesn't work. I've updated the FAQ so it's correct now.
You're also right about the Clear History option, seems it's broken for both View Filter mode and for Files & Folders mode. For whatever reason, it does work okay in Files mode which is what I usually use, so it seemed fine to me until now. I'll make sure it's in the bug database.
