File/folder/URL shortcut: Internal command?

is there an internal command for a file/folder/URL shortcut, something like FileType NEW ???

Do you want to create a shortcut to a selected file/folder, or do you want to open the Windows "New Shortcut" wizard?

Hello Leo,

mainly open the Windows "New Shortcut" wizard. But a shortcut to a selected file/folder would be interesting, too - when you don't mean a keyboard shortcut.

You can open the new shortcut wizard with: FileType NEW=.lnk

Creating shortcuts from selected files (or drag & drop etc.) can be done using Copy MAKELINK
